After being unsuccessful at a number of auctions, a good friend suggested that we need a buyers agent and introduced us to Gerard. It was a great suggestion! After selling our semi in Willoughby at the end of last year, we needed a miracle to find a house in our price range in the same suburb the way prices were increasing since the beginning of the year.
