Mazar Martin was founded by Jeremy Martin and Gerard Mazar – two of Sydney’s Lower North Shore’s most active buyers’ agents – who formalised their partnership after collectively securing more than 60 properties for clients in the space of twelve months alone. Many of those transactions took place off-market, making them one of the most active buyer combinations in the region during one of the most challenging periods the market has seen.
Their decision to merge and build something together wasn’t born out of ambition for its own sake.
